If you are not completely satisfied with your order from MemoriBears & Friends, let us know within five (5) days of receipt and you may return your merchandise in its original condition (with all hangtags attached) within fifteen (15) days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will issue a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit that same account.
We cannot issue a refund for merchandise which is damaged on its way back to us or which we do not receive. We suggest you return your merchandise via an insured shipping method.
Special orders are not eligible for refund.

We ship our products by weight and use UPS and USPS. Please examine your order upon arrival and let us know within five (5) days if you need to return or exchange an item.
